This doll house kit can be finished in a number of different styles. Shown here, the 7 room Simplicity is finished in a Federal style. This is a high quality kit with innovative interlocking design and pre-grooved parts for a guaranteed fit. A fabulous starter kit that can be embellished and expanded for years to come. Features: 1) Complete Kit includes everything you need to finish as shown (any exclusions are detailed in the product limitations below). 2) Precision Workmanship - engineered parts pre-cut to really work. 3) Sturdy Construction features 3/8" thick exterior walls and grooved sidewalls for easy, one-step assembly, guaranteed fit and durability! 4) 3/8" thick upper floors 5) Pre-assembled windows and doors 6) Durable gingerbread trim is 1/8" thick 7) Hand-split, octagonal pine wooden shingles (Milled MDF and Milled Plywood versions only). 8) Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings 9) 9" Floor to ceiling height 10) Each unit is sold separately.
