If you find an identical doll house, finished or kit (manufacturer, model, etc.), for a lower price at a legitimate internet retail store, we will beat that price by $5.00. You have up to 7 days after your order date to take advantage of this offer. The only restrictions to this offer is that the item must be offered by an online, retailer who has the item in stock and ready for shipment. This offer excludes items offered on auction sites (including but not limited to eBay) and excludes items sold through affiliate or wholesale sites.

Changed your mind?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may send it back for a refund of the product purchase (excludes shipping fees). We do charge a 15% restocking fee for returns. To obtain a refund, the product must be shipped back to us within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

Damaged Merchandise?
We take extra care in shipping our doll houses and other products. However, no matter how careful we try to be, once in a blue moon, a kit gets damaged in transit. If you get a broken kit or house, we'll replace it free of charge. Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours of receipt by emailing us at returns@dollhousesetc. Damage claims made after 48 hours from delivery may not be honored. We may also require that you ship the damaged goods back to us after receiving a damage authorization number.

We'll jump through hoops to please you. Really! If you need something very quickly, please contact us with your concerns and we will do everything in our power to accommodate your request. We will take your order via phone if that is more convenient for you. We'll look for products other than what you see on our site provided that it is manufactured by one of our premier doll house lines.
